Board & Train
Our board & train programs offer a full-service structured school for your dog. Your dog gets the opportunity to build genuine independence during their stay with us and will be integrated into a healthy and consistent day to day routine so they can flow back into your life with their new skills and confidence in tow. True autonomy and calm under any distraction is the key to their triumph in daily life. This way you and your dog feel confident tackling the unpredictable situations that can be arise. While it may sound challenging to part with your dog for such a long period of time, it can also provide a fully immersive training experience for them without one of their biggest distractions, you! Your dog will be exposed to all kinds of distractions such as home depot, parks, restuarants, and many more while learning to remain calm and be a joy to have alongside you every step of the way. They will have lots of socialization with the other dogs and be exposed to a plethora of different breeds, personalities, and behaviors. Plus, you will be able to follow along on their progress through our social media posts! This package is a great option if you want a calm, socialized and fully off leash trained dog you can take anywhere, but don’t have the time to do the heavy lifting yourself. At pick up, we spend several hours going over all the communication, tools and knowledge learned so you leave feeling empowered and capable with your newly dialed and off leash trained dog. This is a great option for families and busy work schedules!
Private Lessons
Private lessons are a one-stop-shop for learning the skills necessary to train your current dog and all future friends who will join your pack. This vital skill will give you the confidence to become the alpha amongst your pack and is something you can carry with you from dog to dog. Our private lessons are perfect for high-energy dogs and puppies with erratic personalities in need of more gentleman and ladylike behaviors. This package gives your pup the understanding that their choices are important. Our private lesson packages assist you and your dog with a strong understanding of proper on-and-off leash behaviors and responsibilities, how to be courteous and respectful around people, have impulse control and the ability to direct their attention to you with distractions present and many other wonderful skills. We also recommend this package for any dog looking for the groundwork in a healthy on-and-off leash relationship. This is non-coincidentally one of our most popular packages.
Daycare/Boarding
We offer Boarding to all dogs who have completed one of our programs or are crate trained and approved by the owner.
We also offer a daycare option (8 am-5 pm) to approved clients/dogs.
*All programs include prong, leather leash, tie down, and long line. Ecollars are priced out based on size and breed.
About
We use a balanced training methodology here at Triumph, which means we use both positive and negative reinforcement to gently guide each dog. The positive reinforcement is introduced day one, and includes things such as rewards, treats, and affection. Then, after we’ve built a strong and clear understanding of communication, and cultivated a relationship of trust and respect with your dog, we slowly introduce the negative reinforcement or rules of the game (i.e Ecollar, prong etc). This is why we take our time introducing these tools to each dog, so that negative reinforcement can be implemented at the lowest level possible to give guidance and direction. We pride ourselves on creating a solid foundation of communication first before introducing pressure or rules. Much like a coach introducing a sport to a child for the first time, by first building confidence and engagement, then adding the rules of the game later on to make it more challenging and fun!
The most important factor in accomplishing true harmony between you and your dog is you. Even though we can work with almost any dog regardless of issues, dog training is a team sport and we can’t get incredible results without your support and consistency so there will be homework and things to practice along the way. By taking the extra time to empower you with the tools to communicate clearly, effectively, and directly with your pup, you will be able to experience a long-term symmetry and partnership with your dog allowing you to fully enjoy the many adventures that await. We alchemize from the inside out so that even the most intense chaos can be overcome and metamorphosed into harmony!

Triumph Dog Training is remarkable!! I sent my handsome man, Archie, to Devon for the 5 week Board & train. I am blown away and beyond impressed with Devon and her training program, more than I thought was possible. We fell in love with Archie the moment we saw him. As a puppy, we got to know his nature: sweet, friendly, playful, loyal, sporty. As he got older, he began to bark a lot and become very possessive of our home and yard. Since he's a Great Pyrenees, and grew to be very large in less than a year after we got him, our once fun puppy walks turned into him dragging us around and going crazy when other dogs walked by. It was unmanageable and required two of us if we dared to walk him. Sadly, it all came to a head when he nipped a friend of our daughter and was reported to animal control. We were incredibly upset and knew we had to take action. Thankfully, a friend introduced us to Devon and Triumph Dog Training. From the moment we spoke to Devon, we knew we were in good hands. She was familiar with the breed, confident and structured in her approach -- and it was also apparent she had a heart full of love and respect for dogs and their owners. It's not an exaggeration to say that as soon as we began to work with Devon one-to-one with Archie, he began to change. As Devon taught us step-by-step, we implemented structure and gave Archie the boundaries he needed to feel safe. He became the dog he was intended to be -- obedient, but still himself, respectful, but still curious and outgoing. Through Devon's process, I was changed as well. Her firm and kind coaching taught us so much about our energy, about how we connect with Archie, and how we can be more mindful of our emotional state as we work with Archie and how to stand up for ourselves and for him. I was a complete skeptic about this process! When Devon told us upfront that Archie would be able to go on walks, not bark all night long, respond to commands and even be out in public, I thought, "I wish that were going to be true, but it's not going to work out that way for us." I was definitely proven wrong because all of that is now our reality. After working with Triumph, being Archie's mom is a joy and a delight on a daily basis. Triumph Dog Training literally saved my life. I was a new dog owner when I got my baby girl Nali. I had no idea what I was doing and I knew I wanted to start both Nali and I off on the right foot. Devon and the Triumph team did just that and MORE. And when I say more, I mean it. They don't just give you the routines and say ‘“ here you go try it” they are there coaching you through the entire process. When I hit a bump in the road or even worse, when I had a breakdown that I was a horrible dog mom, Devon reminded me of my abilities and gave me tangible ways to work around any bumps in the road. The training process with triumph was just as much for me as it was for Nali. I had no idea how much really goes into training a dog when you want a truly free lifestyle with your pup. I travel a lot for my job, I live in an apt, so I don't have the luxury of a yard, and my routines are always changing. Triumph made the protocols fit me and my lifestyle so I could take Nali with me while still having stability in her life. I am happy to say, we are now happily training at home, in hotel rooms, sitting at coffee shops, and getting compliments like “ wow she is so well behaved” and we are able to allow rabbits to walk by without running after them! The biggest one for Nali was cars, she would get anxious and run TOWARDS them. Now she can sit or walk on a sidewalk by a busy street and keep calm and focused on me and my verbal cues and calls. We still have a long way to go, I have only had her 4 months but we dove into the deep end with Devon and the team. It was worth every penny and was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I know now the proper techniques and ways to train a dog and I feel confident I can do it for any future dog I may have.
